You may return new, unused items in their original packaging within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If the return is due to no fault of Reller Inc., the consumer will be responsible for return shipping charges. All shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $50, it is recommended that you use a traceable shipping service and/or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and returns will not be completed for items which are not received.
You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund much more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Wholesale pricing and purchasing is available through this website with the creation of an account. To create an account, click "Create an Account" found in the upper right-hand corner of every page. All that's required is your name, email & a password.
Once you have submitted your information, call our office at (800) 233-4820. You will need to speak with someone in our office to be assigned log in information. Once a username and password has been assigned, all future log-ins will allow you to view wholesale prices throughout our website, with the option to pay online.

Our inventory is organized by 5 digit style numbers, which can be found in the title of each product listing, as well as in every product's description. If you would like to learn more or place an order for any product in particular, having its style number at hand will allow us to help you most efficiently.
If you're looking for a piece that you think we may have but don't have the style number, that's okay too! We're updating our website all the time, but there are still many pieces that haven't made it online yet, so if you're not sure- call!

Wholesale customers are also welcome to pay via Check or Cash sent through registered mail or wire transfer.
Surface shipping to domestic destinations will be shipped using USPS Priority Mail (1-3 Business Days) or Express Mail (Usually Next-Day, Depending on Location).
